Sign in with your authorized account
- Open the staff login.Select “Staff login” from the public website.
- Enter your username and password.Use only the account issued to you. Do not share credentials.
- Review the dashboard.The dashboard summarizes the records and work areas available to your role.
If a menu item is not visible, your role may not have permission for that function. Contact the system administrator if your work responsibilities have changed.
Create complete, accurate records
- Confirm identity numbers, PLR references, dates and land extents before saving.
- Use consistent spelling for names and locations.
- Search for an existing farmer or land to avoid duplicate records.
- Add short, factual remarks when context will help the next officer.
- Review the saved record before moving to the next task.
Common tasks by work area
Farmers & services
Search by NIC or available identifiers before adding a farmer. Complete the profile with accurate contact and location information. Use Farmer Services to record a request, due date, priority, status, remarks and any relevant attachment.
Paddy land & PLR
Confirm the PLR number and extent details carefully. Link the correct farmer relationship to the land. Use the PLR application area when a request must be recorded and followed through its status.
Paddy & OFC cultivation
Select the correct season, load the farmer and validate each land reference. Enter the actual cultivated extent and crop details. Update status when the crop is harvested, damaged or abandoned.
Organizations & cash account
Select the correct farmer organization before recording a transaction. Choose income or expense, use the appropriate account head, enter the date and amount, and include a clear reference or description.
ARPA duties & ledgers
Record duties with dates, status and practical remarks. Keep memo, project, tank, road, waterway and well registers factual and current so they remain useful for follow-up and reporting.
Review before sharing
Choose the report type and apply the correct season, organization, date or status filters. Review totals and labels on screen before printing or exporting. A filtered report reflects the selected criteria, so include that context when sharing it.
