Respecting information is part of responsible record keeping.
This page explains the difference between the public website and the protected MyPARMS workspace.
The public pages provide information about MyPARMS and do not require an account. The protected staff area is intended only for authorized agricultural and organization work.
Public website
You may browse public pages without signing in. If you choose an email link or the contact form, your device opens your email application; the public website itself does not store the message entered in that contact form.
Subscription requests
When you submit the subscription form, MyPARMS stores the name, organization or office, email address, WhatsApp number, requested account role, request reference, submission time and basic technical information needed to protect the form. System administrators use this information to review the request, confirm the applicable price, record processing notes and contact you about activation.
Protected records
Authorized users may work with farmer, land, cultivation, service, organization and related operational records. Access should be limited to legitimate duties and the permissions assigned to each account.
Your responsibilities as an authorized user
- Use your own account and keep the password private.
- View or change records only when required for authorized work.
- Confirm information before entering or updating it.
- Log out on shared devices and report suspected misuse.
